Central Carolina Academy’s Student Support Services team works collaboratively with students, families, teachers, and administrators to help remove barriers to student success. Whether a student needs academic support, health assistance, mental health resources, or help navigating a difficult situation, we are here to connect students and families with the appropriate support.

Immediate Emergency
If there is an immediate threat to the safety of a student or another person, call 911.
Say Something Anonymous Reporting System
Students may use the Say Something Anonymous Reporting System to confidentially report concerns involving themselves or others, including threats, violence, bullying, self-harm, substance use, or other safety concerns.

Victoria Dietrich
School Counselor
Mrs. Dietrich provides counseling and student support services for CCA students at both the middle and high school levels.

Mrs. Maynor is a registered nurse with previous emergency medicine experience and provides health services and medical support for CCA students.

How We Support Students
CCA Student Support Services assists students and families in areas including:
- Social and emotional support
- Mental health concerns
- Crisis intervention
- Medical and health needs
- Academic and classroom concerns
- Behavioral support
- Attendance concerns
- Consultation with parents, teachers, and administrators
- Referrals to community agencies and mental health providers
- Basic needs and family support
- McKinney-Vento services for students experiencing homelessness or housing instability
- Required health and medical documentation
- Vision screenings and other school health services
Students do not have to wait until a problem becomes a crisis to ask for help. We encourage students and families to contact the Student Support Services team whenever additional support may be beneficial.
